Industrial Design ensures the protection of the appearance of all or a part of the product or the ornament on it resulting from features such as line, shape, form, color, material or surface texture. The registered designs are protected for 5 years as of the application date. This period may be renewed for up to five times with a total protection period of 25 years.

– European Community Design Application.

In addition, we monitor the periodically published Official Industrial Design Bulletins and report when similar or identical design applications are filed after the application of our customers in order to prevent counterfeiting and files objections upon request.
